To use certain features of our products, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through our products ("User Content"). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the services -- including performing actions on third-party platforms on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

Our products may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Free plan features and limits may be adjusted at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Our products integrate with third-party services and platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. AI Features

Certain products include AI-powered features. AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for all content you choose to publish or use.

9. Intellectual Property

Kamili Labs products, including their design, code, features, and branding, are owned by Kamili Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our products without our express written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamili Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kamili Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
